955win reserves the right to withhold bonus payouts or reverse bonus credits in cases where there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: arbitrage betting with bonus funds, coordinated wagering patterns designed to exploit promotional terms, or providing false eligibility information.

All casino games available on 955win are provided by certified third-party game developers whose Random Number Generators (RNGs) have been independently audited and certified by accredited testing laboratories. Return to Player (RTP) figures for all games are published and reflect the independently verified mathematical model for each game.

• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, prohibited, or illegal activity;
• Account found to be held by a person under the age of 21;
• Legal, regulatory, or compliance requirements;
• Prolonged inactivity (accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to inactivity fees or closure procedures as notified in advance).

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 955win reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where closure is initiated by 955win for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any verified real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus credits) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of 955win's international gaming license. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or your use of any 955win service shall be resolved as follows:

2. Nothing in this section prevents you from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
